WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
The Keep Club is more than just connecting members to luxury brands and experiences, but to save our members money were possible. All rewards are paid out of the club directly, as we believe in putting our own money on the line too. If you care about saving money and time then we are the club to join. As a club, we have been in the luxury market since 2011 and have a strong relationship with all of our club partners, so by the time you are in front of them, you don't need to worry about proving who you are, proving you are serious about spending, as we do all this for you.
CAN’T I GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR CLUB PARTNERS WITHOUT BEING A MEMBER?
Absolutely. There is nothing stopping you from going directly to the brand and using their services. The only difference is that you will not receive cash back when you use their services and you will have to build a relationship with them from scratch. By being a member, you have access to our rewards for the entire term of your membership, that is cashback rewards and savings 365 days 24/7, and anywhere around the world. Without the club, you can only save money seasonally and or when you ask for it.
WHAT DO I GET FOR MY MEMBERSHIP FEE?
Great Question! Simply put, members can receive over £105k in cash through our cashback program and save on average over £90k in purchase cost when buying a property and a further £20k when using the club to purchase a supercar. That means members save on average a combined £215k by being a member. In fact, by using the club to purchase a property, you will make double your membership fee back in savings. As a bonus, all our services are applicable around the world, from Europe, the Middle East, North & South American, Asia, and the Far East. Your membership fee goes along way.
CAN I PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH SERVICES I WANT TO USE WHEN JOINING?
No. When you apply for a membership, we carry out an interview to determine whether you are right fit for the club. If we feel that you wouldn’t really use any of the services, we most likely would decline you application. All of our services are designed to work in line with your existing lifestyle.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T USE ANY OVER THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE CLUB OR IT’S PARTNERS?
If for whatever reason you do not use any of the services over the 12 months of your membership, we will not renew your membership and you will not be issue a refund.
CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, but at the sole discretion of the club senior management.
IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT BECOMING A MEMBER AND CAN I GET A REFUND?
Once your membership has been approved and fees paid, you are then committed. We do not issue refunds. We do everything we can to ensure that you are a right fit for the club before you pay the membership fees.
OK, I UNDERSTAND THE CLUB, BUT CAN’T I JUST GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR PARTNERS AND USE THEIR SERVICES DIRECTLY WITHOUT BEING A MEMBER?
Absolutely. We believe that you should have the choice to go directly, but by being a member of the Club you not only get cash savings but for certain partners The Keep Club exclusive services that you can only get by being a member that could save you even more money. In addition, you don’t have to sell yourself to our partners, if you are a member, you do not have to worry about proving who you are and that you are serious about using their services. By being a member, you are saving both time & money. If you are not worried or interested in those two factors, then we may not the club for you.
WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS AFTER I HAVE SENT MY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION?
We will review your application to ensure that we are able to provide our service to you. We need to ensure that you are able to commit to either buying or selling. In our experience, some of our clients change their mind at the last minute, and so, we have to ensure that this does not happen with us. We may, if needed, visit you in person to complete your membership application.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY APPLICATION TO BE REVIEWED?
This depends on the application. Each one is reviewed on a one to one basis, but on average 7-14 working days.
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR MY APPLICATION TO BE APPROVED?
We have to ensure that you are cash liquid, and have a net worth of at least £5 million. The reason behind this, is to ensure that you have the ability to buy or commit to a purchase when needed, but from a selling point we need to know that you are not dependent on the funds coming from the asset being sold.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO GET MY APPLICATION APPROVED?
If you can demonstrate that you can manage your wealth and liquid, this is a good start. It also helps if you have a well balance investment portfolio, this shows us that you understand the value of your wealth and not impulsive.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR MEMBERSHIPS?
In short, Yes. Our membership is valid for 12 months at a time. The good news is that our members are given every opportunity to earn real cash throughout the term of their membership. Members typical receive £65,000 in cash over a 12 month period.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE THE MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT?
We accept Faster Payments, Chaps and BAC’s. We do NOT accept, Paypal, Cheque or over the phone payments.
I LIVE OUTSIDE EUROPE, CAN I BECOME A MEMBER?
Yes if you have residency in either United Kingdom, France or Spain.
MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN DECLINED, WHY?
If your application has been declined, it can be a number of factors. Each application is reviewed on a one to one basis.
HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP WITH THE CLUB WORK?
This is a great question. Lets say you want to charter a yacht with our partner Ocean Independence? You can contact their local office and speak to one of their brokers, let them know that you are a member of the club. Tell them how much you are looking to spend, destination, number of guests, duration, and most importantly what you want to do whilst on the charter. Once you have booked and paid the initial deposit, either yourself or the broker can let us know that you have booked a charter, and we will transfer your reward directly to your Membership Mastercard.
DO YOU OFFER YOUR CLUB SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS?
Our services are for Members only.
CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Your membership is valid for yourself, spouse or partner and two children under 18 years. Members are not permitted to share their membership with friends and or colleagues.
ONCE MY MEMBERSHIP IS APPROVED HOW SOON CAN I USE THE CLUB SERVICES?
When you application gets approved, and you have paid your membership fees, you can use club and partner services immediately.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE YOUR MEMBERSHIP MASTERCARD?
Yes. Using our membership model in which we give cash rewards to our members, we want to keep the cash that you receive separate from your personal monies. It also means that you don’t have to give your personal banking details to us, and the cash rewards you earn are made available in minutes.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP MASTERCARD?
Once your application has been approved, we will issue your Membership Mastercard to which you will receive to your primary residence in 4-5 working days in the UK. Outside the UK may take a little longer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REWARD TO HIT MY MEMBERSHIP MASTERCARD?
Our Membership Mastercards are run and managed by the club directly. As soon as you have earned a reward, the cash will be transferred to your Membership Mastercard immediately. Now matter where you are in the world, the cash is made available in minutes.
ARE THERE ANY FEES THAT I NEED TO PAY ON MY MEMBERSHIP MASTERCARD?
No, as a club we cover all costs relating to your Membership Mastercard, including Foreign Exchange transactions. We want you to be able to spend money that your have earned stress free.
I HAVE LOST MY MEMBERSHIP MASTERCARD, CAN I ORDER A NEW ONE AND IS THERE A COST?
Absolutely. Contact your Membership Account Manager and they will be able to order you a new one. There is a cost of £250 for a replacement card.
