Membership Account Manager
We are searching for a professional and courteous Membership Account Manager with great people skills to look after and prioritize existing members of The Keep Club. You will be tasked with maintaining current members and keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating membership details. Your dedication to the needs of our members will encourage membership loyalty and enhance our organization’s growth through positive members-to-business engagement.
To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high pressure environment. The noteworthy Membership Account Manager should provide timely solutions to members problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with members, show initiative and drive when dealing with membership requests, and assist in developing marketing material and sales strategies.
Client Services Manager Responsibilities:
Develop effective communication platforms for members and staff.
Inspire renewals from existing members.
Monitor and measure Membership satisfaction.
Liaise with different departments and club partners about members queries.
Offer advice to members on services and products.
Participate in marketing campaigns.
Deal and process membership requests and troubleshoot problems.
Membership Account Manager Requirements:
Business Degree or related qualification.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
Reliable and self-motivated.
General business knowledge.
High service orientation.
Salary + Benefits
£28k to £30k depending on experience
25 days holiday paid leave inc Public Holidays
Mon to Wed working week in August
